The Application uses the device’s camera solely to detect smiling activity in real time for the purpose of smile tracking. Camera images or video streams are processed temporarily on the user’s device and are not stored, recorded, or transmitted to any external servers.
The Application does not collect, store, or process biometric information. Facial data is not used to identify users and is never retained.
The Application uses on-device machine learning technologies to analyze facial expressions solely to determine whether the user is smiling. All processing occurs locally on the user’s device. No facial images, videos, or biometric identifiers are stored or shared.
The Application uses Google ML Kit for on-device machine learning features such as smile detection. All image and facial expression analysis is performed locally on the user’s device. No images, videos, or facial data are transmitted to external servers.
Google ML Kit may collect limited device and performance metrics (such as device type, operating system version, API configuration, and error diagnostics) solely for SDK performance, debugging, and improvement purposes. These metrics do not include user content or facial data.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services for analytics and crash reporting.

Smile tracking data is stored locally on the user’s device. The Service Provider does not store personal data on external servers. All local data is deleted when the Application is uninstalled.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device.
The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
